The separate squat rack is able to be used in conjunction with the bench in order to hold the barbell or stand alone as a piece of equipment when working specifically on squatting.

When using the workout bench it is worth taking advantage of the ability to superset. Moving from one workout to another is easy to do with the storage pegs attached to the bench allowing you to shift the momentum of the workout smoothly and maximise the results per minute of the workout.
The squat rack is the perfect workout buddy, make sure you use it. The workout bench is ideal for upper body use and the leg curl/thigh extension attachment gives your lower body a workout but squats activate more of your body than almost any other exercise.
Because of the importance placed on squat rack it was really important for us to make it a separate piece of training equipment to provide you with a flexible workout station.
